These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Simplify Connect™ Conference ("the Conference") organized by Simplify Group™.
Definitions:
By registering for or participating in the Conference, all attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
Attendance requires prior registration on the Conference Website or by contacting connect2026@simplifyhealthcare.com.
Only individuals 18 years or older may register for the event. The Organizers reserve the right to verify age and deny entry to non-compliant attendees.
To cancel your registration, contact the Organizers via connect2026@simplifyhealthcare.com.
Transaction fees apply as incurred.
The venue is accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Attendees requiring ADA accommodations should email connect2026@simplifyhealthcare.com by August 30, 2026.
All attendees must act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Please contact the Organizers onsite for any misconduct issues.
Attendees must keep confidential any proprietary information shared about Simplify Group™ software, products, or its partners.
Disclosure without prior consent may result in legal action.
The Organizers may capture photographs or videos for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used without compensation.
Wireless access is provided but not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted.
Attendees must use the internet responsibly and avoid illegal activities.
If the Conference is disrupted due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.), the Organizers will notify affected parties. Refunds and obligations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
By attending, participants accept all risks, including potential exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses. The Organizer is not responsible for COVID-related illness or injury.
Attendees release the Organizers from liability for personal injury, loss, or damage during the Conference.
