Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Simplify Connect™ Conference ("the Conference") organized by Simplify Group™.

Definitions:

• "Organizer(s)": Refers to Simplify Group™, its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, contractors, and anyone acting on its behalf in organizing or hosting the Conference.
• "Attendee(s)": Includes any individual who registers, attends, or participates in any capacity at the Conference, including sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, employees, or guests.
• "Sponsor(s)": An organization or individual that purchases sponsorship for the Conference.
• "Venue": The physical location of the Conference: Loews Sapphire Falls Resort & Convention Center, Universal Studios, Orlando, FL.
• "Conference Website": Official portal at connect2026.simplifyhealthcare.com.

By registering for or participating in the Conference, all attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.

Registration

Attendance requires prior registration on the Conference Website or by contacting connect2026@simplifyhealthcare.com.

Only individuals 18 years or older may register for the event. The Organizers reserve the right to verify age and deny entry to non-compliant attendees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your registration, contact the Organizers via connect2026@simplifyhealthcare.com.

• Full refunds for sponsorship packages are available until July 18.
• Pass cancellations made at least 15 days before the event are fully refundable.

Transaction fees apply as incurred.

ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Information

The venue is accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Attendees requiring ADA accommodations should email connect2026@simplifyhealthcare.com by August 30, 2026.

Event Code of Conduct

All attendees must act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Please contact the Organizers onsite for any misconduct issues.

Confidentiality/Future Product Disclaimer

Attendees must keep confidential any proprietary information shared about Simplify Group™ software, products, or its partners.

Disclosure without prior consent may result in legal action.

Use of Attendee Photo/Likeness Terms

The Organizers may capture photographs or videos for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used without compensation.

Event Wireless Service

Availability

Wireless access is provided but not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted.

Acceptable Use

Attendees must use the internet responsibly and avoid illegal activities.

Event of Force Majeure

If the Conference is disrupted due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.), the Organizers will notify affected parties. Refunds and obligations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Liability Release and Health Terms

Assumption of Risk

By attending, participants accept all risks, including potential exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses. The Organizer is not responsible for COVID-related illness or injury.

Release of Liability

Attendees release the Organizers from liability for personal injury, loss, or damage during the Conference.
